Maria Alvarado is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in the real estate lending industry and an active real estate investor. As the founder of Houseppy LLC, Maria focuses on providing Real Estate Investor-Friendly Loan Products. Her passion lies in leveraging her extensive lending and investment experience to empower other real estate investors (REI) by educating them about various investor loan programs that align with their investment goals.
Before founding Houseppy LLC, Maria served as Senior Vice President of Lending at a bank for 12 years. In this role, she was responsible for underwriting and managing the asset quality of a $55+ million loan portfolio. Her deep understanding of both lending and real estate investment has positioned her as a valuable resource for investors seeking to maximize their returns through tailored financing solutions. Through her work, Maria is dedicated to helping others achieve success in the competitive real estate market.
